Effective 8 September 2026 · Version 1.0. These Terms govern U.N.C A.I.M. software purchases, subscriptions, activation and permitted use.
01
Scope and provider
These General Terms and Conditions apply to purchases, subscriptions and use of U.N.C A.I.M. software supplied by Maximilian Lampe, trading as U.N.C Industries, Mühlenweg 78, 29358 Eicklingen, Germany (the “Provider”). They apply to consumers and businesses unless a clause expressly distinguishes between them.
Individual agreements made with the customer take precedence. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
02
Product and intended environment
U.N.C A.I.M. is Windows software that analyzes an external capture-card video feed and can generate configurable controller assistance and weapon-profile output. The software does not grant access to, ownership of or permission for any third-party game, platform or service.
The product is licensed for offline gameplay, local bot sessions, private testing, accessibility research and other environments for which the user has explicit permission. A product or game profile indicates technical compatibility only; it is not authorization from a platform or publisher.
03
Contract formation
Product pages are invitations to place an order. The customer submits a binding order through Stripe Checkout after the total price, billing interval, essential product features and applicable terms have been displayed. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed and access is activated or when the Provider sends an express acceptance, whichever occurs first.
The contractual text and purchase receipt are made available electronically. Customers should retain the receipt and the version of these Terms identified during checkout.
04
Account and eligibility
Customers must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information and keep login credentials confidential. The account and license are personal and may not be sold, shared, sublicensed or transferred unless the Provider agrees in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
The customer must promptly notify support of suspected unauthorized access. The customer remains responsible for activity under the account to the extent legally attributable to the customer.
05
License grant
Subject to full payment and continued compliance with these Terms, the Provider grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the purchased product edition on one active Windows PC for the applicable license period.
The license does not transfer source code, model weights, training data, trademarks, design rights or other intellectual property. Statutory rights to decompile or inspect software remain unaffected where they cannot lawfully be restricted.
06
Technical requirements
The customer is responsible for compatible hardware, drivers, a supported Windows version, a supported capture device, a suitable GPU, a compatible controller path, PS Remote Play where required and a stable local network. Current minimum and recommended requirements are shown on the product page before purchase.
Third-party platform, game, driver, firmware and hardware changes are outside the Provider’s control and may affect compatibility. The Provider does not promise compatibility with unlisted equipment, future third-party versions or every individual system configuration.
07
Performance and configuration
Detection and controller response depend on the capture signal, resolution, frame rate, scene visibility, model profile, GPU performance, network conditions and user settings. No particular accuracy, latency, ranking outcome, competitive result or error-free detection is guaranteed beyond the agreed product specification.
Users must test profiles in a permitted environment and retain control of their system. Debug overlays and experimental features are not represented as production features unless expressly identified as included in the purchased edition.
08
Prices and payment
The applicable total price, taxes, billing interval and accepted payment methods are displayed in Stripe Checkout immediately before the binding order. Payment processing and receipts are handled by Stripe. The Provider does not receive complete payment-card details.
Access may be withheld while payment is pending, reversed, disputed or overdue. This does not limit statutory rights concerning defective or unavailable digital products.
09
Monthly subscription
Monthly access begins after successful payment and renews for successive one-month periods until cancelled. The customer may cancel through the customer portal or the permanently available electronic cancellation function at unc-aim.com/cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless an earlier effective date is required by law.
Any future price change applies only after clear advance notice and does not apply retroactively. Where required by law, the customer will receive a right to cancel before the changed price takes effect.
10
Lifetime license
A Lifetime license is a one-time license for the purchased U.N.C A.I.M. product edition. It grants an indefinite right to use the most recent compatible version made available to that customer, subject to these Terms and the continued technical availability of required third-party systems.
“Lifetime” does not mean the lifetime of the customer and does not guarantee perpetual hosting, support, compatibility with future games or platforms, or development of new profiles. Updates released for the purchased edition are included during that edition’s supported product lifecycle. Mandatory update and conformity obligations remain unaffected.
11
Delivery, updates and changes
After payment confirmation, the installer is supplied through the customer area. License checks, signed updates and device activation require an internet connection. One active device is permitted; the customer may use the provided reset process when changing devices.
The Provider supplies updates, including security updates, as required by applicable law. Changes may be made for security, legal compliance, third-party compatibility, abuse prevention or technical improvement. Material changes that impair access or use will be communicated in advance where required, together with any statutory termination rights.
12
Prohibited use
The customer may not use the software in public, ranked, competitive or otherwise networked gameplay unless the relevant operator has expressly authorized that use. The customer may not use it to impair another person’s experience, evade anti-cheat or enforcement systems, violate platform or title rules, or facilitate unlawful conduct.
The customer may not redistribute the software, license keys, protected models or updates; remove technical protections; provide the product as a service to third parties; or attempt to derive protected source code or model assets except where mandatory law expressly permits the act.
13
Suspension and termination
The Provider may temporarily suspend an account when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, payment abuse, a security incident, license sharing or a material breach. Where appropriate, the customer will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach.
The Provider may terminate for cause if a material breach continues after notice or if an immediate termination is justified by serious fraud, redistribution, security circumvention or culpable unauthorized use. Statutory termination and refund rights remain unaffected. A suspension or termination caused by the Provider’s own breach does not exclude the customer’s statutory remedies.
14
Defects and statutory rights
The statutory rules governing digital products apply. Customers should report reproducible defects with sufficient system and configuration information to support@unc-aim.com. The Provider may first attempt to restore conformity through correction, replacement, configuration guidance or an update where permitted by law.
No clause in these Terms excludes statutory rights to cure, price reduction, contract termination or damages. Failure to install an update can affect defect rights only under the conditions prescribed by applicable law.
15
Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence; injury to life, body or health; liability under mandatory product-liability law; fraudulently concealed defects; and expressly assumed guarantees.
For simple negligence, the Provider is liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation whose performance is necessary for the proper execution of the contract and on which the customer may normally rely. In that case, liability is limited to the damage foreseeable and typical for this type of contract. Mandatory consumer and digital-product rights remain unaffected.
Subject to the preceding paragraphs, the Provider is not responsible for consequences caused solely by unsupported hardware, unauthorized use, ignored safety or update notices, third-party rule enforcement, user-created profiles or modifications, or failure of a third-party service outside the Provider’s control.
16
Third-party claims and user responsibility
The customer is responsible for obtaining permission for the chosen environment and for complying with applicable laws and third-party rules. A disclaimer or acceptance of these Terms does not create permission from a publisher, platform operator or other third party.
To the extent permitted by law, a customer who culpably breaches the prohibited-use provisions is responsible for losses legally caused by that breach. This clause does not shift responsibility for the Provider’s own conduct and does not require a consumer to waive mandatory defenses or rights.
17
Intellectual property
U.N.C A.I.M., its software, models, interface, documentation and branding remain protected intellectual property of the Provider or the respective licensors. Game, platform and hardware names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility.
Feedback may be used to improve the product without payment, provided it does not contain third-party confidential information. This does not transfer ownership of a customer’s independently created material.
18
Privacy and security
Account, payment, activation, security and update data are processed as described in the privacy information. Timestamped contract acceptances, withdrawal declarations and cancellation declarations are retained to perform the contract, meet legal duties and establish or defend legal claims. The customer must not submit unnecessary personal data, third-party credentials or unlawfully obtained material. Payment-card processing is performed by Stripe; account authentication is provided by Clerk.
19
Withdrawal rights
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. The withdrawal information supplied before purchase explains the period and procedure. A withdrawal may be submitted at any time through the permanently available electronic withdrawal function at unc-aim.com/withdrawal or by an unambiguous declaration sent to support@unc-aim.com.
Before Stripe Checkout opens, the customer must separately accept the Terms, expressly request immediate supply of digital content before expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledge the resulting loss of the withdrawal right. Each declaration is timestamped. The withdrawal right expires only when delivery begins and all statutory requirements, including the required contract confirmation on a durable medium, have been met.
Cancellation of a renewing subscription and statutory withdrawal are different procedures. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals; a valid withdrawal reverses the affected contract according to law.
20
Governing law and disputes
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice does not deprive them of mandatory protection afforded by the law of their habitual residence.
A place of jurisdiction is agreed only with merchants, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law and only where legally permissible. Consumers may use the courts available under mandatory law.
The Provider is not willing or obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless a legal obligation applies in an individual case.
21
Changes and severability
The version accepted at purchase governs that purchase. These Terms may be changed for future contracts. Changes to an existing continuing contract require an objective reason, reasonable notice and may not remove mandatory rights; any legally required objection or termination option will be provided.
If a provision is invalid, the statutory rule applies. The remaining provisions remain effective only to the extent permitted by law. There is no automatic replacement by a provision that maximizes the Provider’s economic position.
