This is the plain-language storefront summary. Installation and first launch require explicit acceptance of the binding EULA and a separate offline-use confirmation.
License & acceptable use
U.N.C A.I.M. is licensed solely for offline gameplay, local bot sessions, accessibility research and the user’s own offline software projects. Any networked or competitive online use, resale, account sharing, reverse engineering and redistribution are not permitted. Users remain responsible for complying with applicable platform, title and local rules.
Subscriptions & cancellation
Monthly access renews until cancelled. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and does not retroactively remove access already paid for. Lifetime access applies to the purchased product edition for one user, subject to the license terms shown at checkout.
Refunds
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Digital-content withdrawal rules and any required consent are shown during checkout. Requests are reviewed against applicable law and the purchase terms; contact support with the Stripe receipt number.
Privacy
The public site is designed to collect no payment-card data. Stripe handles checkout, payment and receipts under its own privacy terms. Hosted infrastructure may process ordinary security and access logs. The launcher may process license identifiers, device-bound activation data and version information only as required to activate, secure and update the software.

U.N.C A.I.M. is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Sony Interactive Entertainment, Elgato, Microsoft, Stripe or any game publisher. Product names are used only to describe compatibility.
